What Is a Private Jet?

A private jet is any aircraft that is designed specifically for flying small groups or single passengers from one location to another. Passengers would book the entire plane rather than purchasing a ticket for a seat on the aircraft as in commercial flying. Clients may choose to fly on a private jet for many reasons, including privacy, luxury, avoiding lines at the airport, flying direct with no layovers, customized catering, and more.
