Because of the pandemic, much international travel may be restricted still, although many locations have opened up to private jet travel. However, many private jet travelers aren’t choosing to venture abroad, instead looking in their own backyards for luxurious travel destinations within the United States.
But where should private jet travelers go this August?

Florida
Florida is an excellent summer destination. With more than six hundred miles of beaches, Florida is the ultimate summer getaway. You can spend your time there relaxing on the beach and soaking in the sun or exploring the state’s notable arts scene. West Palm Jest Charter is based out of West Palm Beach, Florida, and can fly you in comfort and luxury from wherever you are to any of Florida’s sunny destinations.

Colorado
The mountains of Colorado are beautiful at any time of year. There are also many that are taller than 14,000 feet, which means that there is snow for skiing or snowboarding year-round. It’s also a good place to get away from the crowds. As more and more people start traveling again as more people get vaccinated against COVID-19, many popular destinations are also becoming more crowded. Private jet travelers can travel directly to smaller airports instead of having layovers and can therefore more conveniently access more secluded resorts.
Cape Cod
Cape Cod is a popular destination for wealthy travelers. The islands of Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket are close by and are both excellent summer destinations. There are beaches and the islands are secluded, giving private jet travelers the opportunity to relax on the beach in luxury away from crowds. Cape Cod’s more northerly location can also be a great way to beat the heat.

Alaska
Alaska is a popular cruise destination. With cruises still shut down because of COVID-19, however, the state’s national parks and spectacular glaciers are less crowded than usual. There are fjords best seen via boat and majestic mountain ranges and massive, icy glaciers that you can’t see anywhere else in the country.

Montana
Montana isn’t called Big Sky Country for nothing. The state offers spectacular vistas that are off the beaten track. Montana also has mountains and so may be another option for skiers who are looking for something a little different from Colorado.
California
West Palm Jet Charter may be based in Florida, but can take you anywhere you want to go. Within the United States, this can be coast to coast, from Florida to California. California is home to the United States’ wine country, including the famous Napa Valley. You can stay at five-star resorts on-site at your favorite vineyards.
Fly Private
Once you’ve chosen your August travel destination, it’s time to book a private jet charter. Private jet travel is more comfortable and luxurious than commercial flights, even if you’re booked into first class. This is because you have the cabin to yourself and your party instead of sharing it with strangers. The crew on a private jet charter can cater the entertainment and in-flight meal service to your tastes.
Additionally, a private jet charter can take you directly to your destination. You can avoid long lines at the airport and long waits for a layover. Plus, you can fly closer to your destination because a private jet charter can land at smaller airports than commercial jets can.
