You don’t have to travel internationally for an epic spring break. Ft. The city is also in close proximity to Miami if you wanted to explore a little farther afield.

Phuket in Thailand is well known for its incredible beaches. In addition to luxury accommodations, incredible weather, delicious food, and gorgeous seas, Phuket can also be an excellent family-friendly destination. Kids would have a fantastic time at the Patara Elephant Sanctuary, a Thai-owned organization known for taking good care of its charges. There’s an Elephant Day Care at which children can learn about the elephants and help feed and bathe them.
Spring break doesn’t have to be a beach holiday. If you’re not the sun and surf type of person, consider Iceland as an alternative. While it doesn’t entirely live up to its name, it’s still cold in early spring, which means a chance to see the Northern Lights. Iceland is a land known for its unique adventures, including hiking on glaciers, exploring volcanoes, hunting for a sight of the aurora borealis, and swimming in a chasm between two tectonic plates.
Marrakech in Moroccos is a vibrant city with unique opportunities to participate in local culture. There’s a plethora of delicious food to try, warm weather, and a chance to get out into the Sahara Desert on the back of a camel. Camel safaris can be fun for anyone, from children to adults, and are an excellent opportunity for adventure.
